Don't like what's available in stock? Looking for something we don't have available? Want a few extras added to your diapers or carriers? Have some fabric you want made into something? Or do you need pants hemmed, a dresser-top changing pad, or new curtains? You're come to the right place!

Change our products to fit your needs. 
We can change many of the features of our diapers and carriers beyond what's offered via Made-To-Order. For example, on diapers, we can use different fabric, add a layer of decorative woven fabric to the outside of our PUL diapers, make the leg openings bigger or smaller, use more or fewer layers in the soaker pad, or make almost any adjustments you want. On slings, we can shop for special fabric for you, lengthen or shorten the straps, or add extras at your request. 

Create products we don't currently offer.
Do you have an idea for an item you'd find really useful, but you can't find to purchase? Have you seen something somewhere that you'd like customized just for you? Email us with your ideas and we'll work with you to create the item you're looking for.

General Sewing.
We are also available for general sewing. We are happy to do simple tailoring (like pants and sleeve hemming), garment construction (direct from a pattern, no adjustments, sorry, it's just too hard long-distance), or home sewing.

Pricing. 
Sending us your own fabric can save you up to 25% off the cost of your item, in the form of a refund. Please contact us for fabric requirements and exact details before sending anything in, though! (Some items receive no discount, some items receive a smaller discount, it all depends on how much of an item's price is dependent on the fabric.)

If your custom items involve my needing to buy special fabric for you, a deposit is required in advance, with the remainder due before delivery of the final products. 

Customizations of products I currently offer are based on a cost-plus formula. Please contact me for a quote. Custom sewing of items I do not currently sell is a flat $15 per hour plus supplies, with a one-hour minimum.

Time.
I generally can guarantee a three-week maximum turnaround for custom items if I have the fabric in stock or if I do not have any difficulty obtaining the fabric you desire. During busy times, turnaround may be longer, and I will be certain to keep you advised.

Returns.
Wallypop does not accept returns on custom items unless they are defective. Please see our shipping and returns page for more details.
